Scholarship

In honor of our founder, Norman D. Levin, we now offer an annual scholarship.

The recipient will receive all fees paid to the 2025 Certification Review Course for January 24^th-25^th, 2025.

Scholarship Qualifications:

• Must be in Practice 5 years or less to be eligible.
• Applicants must submit the form to qualify.
• Applications must be received by August 31^st, 2024.
