Marlene Levin
President & CEO
Marlene has worked in an administrative capacity in family law offices since 1982, and has tremendous insight into the needs of small practices. She served as Vice President of Floridom (now DPA Family Legal) from 1996 to 1997 and became President in 1998. She has guided the company to its current level of success and trust in the Florida legal community.

Debra Huber 
Sales/Account Executive
Debra joined the DPA family in 1996. Her responsibilities include managing sales and accounts. Her knowledge of and record keeping for DPA customers is critical to our team. You can call Debra with questions about your accounts and she will provide answers.

Noel Salvi 
Technical Support
Noel joined the DPA family in 2005. Her knowledge of our software is impeccable. She knows the ins and outs of every report and all aspects of our products. Noel contributes ideas to our programmer and assists with the development and updates of our software. Noel knows her stuff!

Jim Thompson 
Programmer

Since 2016, Jim programs our desk top and Cloud versions of all DPA products. Jim is constantly improving our software, expanding our capabilities with upgrades and improvements. This includes major expansions to support updated network capabilities, cloud support, and evolving end user platforms.

Dr. James Rich

Certified Public Accountant

Dr. Rich examines and verifies the tax calculations in all DPA products. He is a Florida CPA and a Professor at the University of South Alabama.

Mr. Levin was a Past Chair of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, former Chair of the CLE Committee of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar and served as a member of the Executive Council of the Family Law Section from 1994 to 2003. A graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law, Mr. Levin was a noted lecturer who had spoken at programs sponsored by the Florida Bar, the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, the ABA, and other Bar Associations and organizations.
